Re: Returning TV equipment to Virgin

The card that was left with me told me I could arrange to have the equipment uplifted by e-mailing:

fieldcollections@virginmedia.co.uk

The card states Virgin will then arrange an uplift time that works for me. They do also advise I'll be charged £250 if I don't return the equipment.

You should bill them £250 for not collecting their goods
