Students are not his problem. they meaybe Virginmedias problem but that's something Virginmedia should deal with.
If they can't offer the speed advertised they should reduce the advertised speed and offer a reduced price. Sky could offer me a 30Mb ADSL connection but then say
STUDENT MATE when I ask why I'm only getting 14Mb. But Sky told me expect 7-12Mb..I get 14..
Yes Sky have made a decision internally to under estimate a users speeds.
