Last night :
Smoked bacon hock from the market, soaked then roasted and cooled and cut up.
Fried onions in olive oil, then lots of garlic. Add some paprika and toast it up. Add white wine and reduce. Add can of tomatoes, a little tomato puree, jar of white beans and the bacon. Add chicken stock and cook 'til it's nice a slightly thickened. Add lemon juice, peppers, lemon zest. Adjust seasoning and serve with bread.
