I think the panic is over, I removed the sim and then charged the phone up and it worked, so I had a fully charged phone, then Happy Days, I put the sim back in, then the battery and now it works.
I am no Tech expert but I am guessing that the sim or battery wasn't positioned exactly where it should have been causing the phone to be pretend dead.
