Yup, a lot of people seem to be doing everything behind the wheel except paying attention to their actual driving and what's going on around them. They're far too interested in their phones, coffee, sandwich, makeup or whatever but I really don't know what this woman's issue was as I didn't see anything obvious. Just not thinking I guess...
