Hi m419,
when I called them on that number (option 5) they said the "superfast" broadband was not available (fibre optic cable?) and said call Virgin National on 0845 045 001, who deal with BT landlines broadband. They did not seem to be dedicated to MK, they only knew it was analogue only after looking up postcode in their database.
