It's got a nice kick to it, but I add a little of my Smoking Ed's Carolina Reaper powder to it.
750g of real Scotch Bonnet chillies have arrived from Jamaica via Bristol. A few going into a Turkey chilli, the rest are going into my dehydrator to make powder.
Beware of the backdraught .......
Oh, and it's salmon fillets for later.
