Yes, ultimately, the combination of talk of "fake news" doing the rounds, along with ISPs seeking to maximise revenue, only certain branded "trusted" services will be available - as packages - and everything else will be either expensive or gone. It will happen because, financially, that's how humans behave - and it is logical that the right people will end up getting paid by the right other people to make sure that happens in line with their interests.
