Who will be BT's main target consumer be when their new channel and TV packages launch next year? I can't see many Virgin or SKY customers joining BT for 1 sports channel, especially when BT have confirmed they will look to launch the channel on SKY and Virgin. BT are also miles behind both SKY and Virgin in terms of linear channels, especially in HD.

Still plenty of time for BT to land more deals. I'm hoping a price war is coming soon! The next 8 months or so will be very interesting indeed.

Very true however BT will also be throwing money at marketing, on screen talent, general production costs etc....
