As a boat owner i would like to dispel the myth that booze is only consumed when the sun is over the yard arm [about 11am] it is in-fact as i understand the law illegal to pilot a boat/ship when one is sober,this is why one always has a drink in his hands when at the wheel/tiller the law of the sea must be obeyed at all times
