Well I'm glad to hear its not just a problem with my connection. I mailed Astraweb on Thursday afternoon but havent heard back yet
Im in Stafford btw so it sounds as if it may be a nationwide problem

P.S. I will keep emailing Astraweb tech support until I get a satisfactory answer. If everyone does the same they may take notice. The problem is that I fear that it may be an NTL problem and they will keep passing the buck
