My wife just bought me a surprise gift - some Bose QuietComfort 3 Noise Reduction headphones.

Apparently it was because I hadn't complained about all the time / money we have spent on planning / buying stuff for my daughter's wedding (which is in June, so 3 more months of planning / spending.... :

).

Just tried them out - they're amazing.....
