How difficult would it be to move your caravan to the vacant, adjacent pitch?
I know it's a ridiculous suggestion, but it may yet be considerably easier than trying to reason with BT.
They have enough trouble sorting (or
not sorting) something like a simple billing issue.
You really shouldn't be taxing them like this!
