Well den today went so good I actually fell asleep during the reflexology treatment as it was just so relaxing.
I do think I will keep going every fortnight as part of my self care plan
and I would recommend reflexology to anyone as honestly I get the best nights sleep ever after I have had a treatment. I don't think I will get the Indian head massage again although it was nice just not for me.
