A handful of websites aren't affected by the problem, I can download videos from
www.twit.tv at full speed but most other websites are severely impacted.
The single-thread speeds on Cisco units seem to be a lot more consistent than the Motorola systems, which during downloads jump around from under 10Mb to over 100Mb, but average about 40Mb.
