Originally I think it was March to July, then in July it got changed to July to September or October. Have a feeling it has changed to March next year now but I can't check now as I got the double upgrade due to a mistake
Edit: Just checked someone else in Croydon and they are being told Oct to Dec 2012, unless it changes again
