This is just for new customers.
Existing TV customers upgrading will have a 12m contract. (It seems to be an attempt to stem the numbers of people cancelling to rejoin on a new customer contract!).
Existing customers upgrading from Broadband Unlimited to Fibre will have an 18m contract on Fibre.
Existing customers will have new 18m min terms for TV if adding these offers: 25Gb Fibre for £20/month, Unlimited Fibre for £25/month, Fibre Max for £30/month. (These prices include line rental!!)
