Just make a note of this, if you move house take your old kit with you... whether it's being replaced or not, as we either need to install it, or take it back and upgrade it.
It's annoying as an engineer to turn up and be told i don't have the kit... we do report it back as lost / missing and virgin will likely charge you for it... as it is rented.
Also a tv for TiVo / vPlus / VHD installs is always handy... just to make sure it's working
