I've been a loyal customer for many years and have recomended VM to around 11 family and friends in that time, without incentive. I now find myself looking at Sky as they seem to be steaming ahead on many things I want and I no longer feel that VM will ever offer them 'soon'.

and if indeed the tv price rises were to pay for F1, I think that will be the last straw for me.
