I think it depends on the sport in question and the current valuation for rights.

European rugby for example is reportedly seen a 25% dip in value in the UK while seeing an increase overseas.

I'd say Cricket and EFL are currently undervalued in terms of the market so bound to see an increase.

The PL rights is going to be the real acid test. I think overall this will increase but in terms of price per match start to level off if just between BT and Sky.
