Lucky that it was only the SH1 that conveniently reset itself!
The Brighton techs I have to agree are also excellent and well trained, as the very few occasions they've attended that don't even need to diagnose/argue any more.
They already have the diagnostic detail as they walk thru the door. You see their eyes glaze .... and the only thing I then need to do is "re-set" the tech myself and return him/her + defective Hub to their van!
It's disappointing when we hear of some techs that don't quite meet the minimal standards!
