Thumbs up Thanks Virgin Engineer

Excellent service by a VM engineer. I had a VM engineer to investigate my power levels and the random self resetting of my SH1. The engineer arrived within the allotted time frame. He checked my power levels in the street cabinet then checked my SH1. While he was hear the SH1 self reset it's self. The engineer replaced my SH and verified my wireless connection was working Ok.
