New installation
Hello all,
Have recently signed up to the 50mb package with XXL TV and M Phone ( due to be installed on 16th Aug ).
Do i have any control over locations of cable entry etc etc?
We live on a reasonably new estate 10/11 years, so our current services ( BT )come in through an underground duct to a grey ducted Telephone entry point at the front of the house. Would this be where the virgin services would come in? im assuming the underground duct is a shared service duct.
