For the time being, yes, but contracts come up for renewal.

However, it does appear that just because the parent company of Virgin Media owns a content provider, it is not necessarily the case that it will put its subsidiary company in a good position to benefit from the content deals it signs up to.

Very strange, but unfortunately, true.
