Trojan in VM top up text

Just got a text purporting to be from VM advising me that if I top up another £10 today I'll get some free texts and minutes to use over the weekend. Nothing unusual about that but as I was reading it, a Malwarebytes message popped up with a warning not to click on the link in the text because it's a trojan or something. The text appeared in the same list as my other identical looking texts from VM but I know that scammers, for example, can insert rogue messages in text 'conversations' so they appear genuine. Has anyone else had this happen and what would you suggest I do? I never click on links in messages so haven't done so but should I just delete the text or do something else?

TIA as always.
