I followed the instruction to setup the volume in the remote but no luck, I tried all codes 4080, 4081 , 0010, 000 without success, when I press volup+mute I got the pop up message from Virgin, light flash twice, I insert the code, light flash twice, press ok, message pop up still there, need to press ok to close it, then hold power button for 15 sec and it goes in stanby, press ok, press power button again but no changes at all, what did I do wrong??
