Ok, on Friday I changed from my trusty Ambit 256 modem (rock stable 20mb connection 24/7) to the Superhub, and so I could get my free upgrade to 60mb.
My connection has gone from brilliant (albeit 20mb) to terrible, unusable, unsteady, laggy, whatever else you want to call it. I call it completely unacceptable.

As you can see, the switch to the superhub wrecked my connection. The internet is unusable, Youtube won't play without constant buffering, neither will iPlayer or anything else for that matter.
I'm using the Superhub in modem only mode, as is recommended. Here are my settings:

I'm about 20 feet from the street cabinet, if that means anything. I'm using a -15dB forward path attenuator.
Any ideas about what I can do to get them to sort it out?
