To quickly reset the STB, do the following on the front panel keys:

Pace 1000, 1000b and 2000 -- press and hold Okay, press and hold left, then press TV

Pace 4000 and 4010 -- press and hold left and right, then press Services


I don't think there's a quick reset combination for the 4001, though I could be wrong. I can't remember about the Samsung -- where's Spiderplant when you need him?

Also, to change the RF channel on the 1000 and 2000, press Okay, right and TV as above. The current RF channel will appear in the display, which you can change using the Channel +/- keys. Again, I'm not sure how to do this on other STBs, but others may know.
