I having exactly the same issue today the internet connection drops every 3-5 minutes, if the VM can't provide 50MB when they talking crap about boosting the speed for customers, as they don't have enough network capacity - overselling and misleading is their sales technique
- need to contact Trading Standards as their service is not up to service level!
