The Alantic Laegue will consist of the top teams from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Belgium and The Neatherlands. All have small football leagues dominated by a few big clubs. As for CL and Europa qulaifications, well it will the same as any major big 1st tier league e.g. EPL
