Pause only applies to live Freeview channels. Why would anyone with a Tivo need that?
Some people have problems with lack of 50hz. Both of my TVs running the current 60HZ box don't suffer from any problems. It is a case though that each persons results will vary.
What is the price difference between the current black box and the new one?
