It been cut back down to four. (One is not going to happen)
As of August 7th:
1) Is subject to an NDA.
2) Rumours of some new channels may launch soon - Until Testing it an rumour (MB HQ knows the Broadcaster name or names).
3) Virgin Media UK are in talks with Sky.
4) Is subject to an NDA - but this may come online via Virgin Media UK EPG before 2018 (Tests are to start in August).
