Just had an email advising a new SIM has been despatched.

Turns out my wife's 3g SIM is getting a upgrade to 4g with no increase in cost. According to the Call Centre operative all 3g accounts will be upgraded over time.

I can only hope this will improve my coverage but think in reality nothing will change.
