I understand both sides - people don't want to pay any more, and VM want to make some more money.

Market Forces - people can move to an alternative supplier; however, it will be interesting to see how Sky customers who were moved to the Entertainment Plus package at no extra cost (when they moved from six mixes to two packages) will react when they get the uplift of over Â£5 in September of this year....
