The General is right about speed tests, you'll need to try a few servers before you find one capable of hitting 60meg, especially during peak hours.

I was upgraded to 60meg yesterday, and whilst some of the speedtest.net uk servers only give 30-50meg results, if I pick a good one, I hit around 60meg every time (wired or wireless) , best results are just over 62meg.
