There are some real idiots about. Today, as happens most Sundays, a good number of drivers decided to park where they shouldn't causing a big hold up in the narrow section of the High Street. In spite of the large controlled zone signs at all entry points (parking in designated bays only), there's always a few who'll either not be paying attention or be lazy/inconsiderate and park illegally. As soon as someone does, you can bet more will follow and today at least 6 vehicles were given tickets as we walked past. It's ironic but there's a free car park (Sundays only) just a couple of minutes of walk away. You'd think that word would get out but clearly not...
