Shoulder is also dodgy and painful at the moment, think it might be frozen. Couple of months ago I strained it cutting down some small trees at my mothers. Seems to have come back to visit me. Can't raise my right arm above that of a certain salute.  |
Sounds like you need a good massage therapist. You might be surprised at what they can do.
