Thus anyone rolling up with a few kids usually gets the first available property, even if they have just arrived in this country and have never been on a waiting list here.
Add to that that the Bedroom "Tax" filling one-bedroom homes with singles or childless couples to allow 2 or 3 bedroom homes to become available for families of whatever origin, and you have an instant lack of one-bedroom flats or homes for the homing of the indigent.

But in no way does that act as an incentive for people, migrants or otherwise, to have kids they can't afford to support...
