The problem is that you don't point the fastconv executable at the actual file, but instead just at the directory where it is installed.

Just tested it here using this:

C:\Documents and Settings\Gareth\Desktop>fastconv /S:"C:\Documents and Settings\
Gareth\Desktop\fast\USMT2.UNC" /D:"C:\Documents and Settings\Gareth\Desktop\fast
\USMT2.UNC"
and it worked fine. As you can see, I saved the original FAST file in a folder called fast on my desktop. Replace it according to wherever you saved yours.
