Those that never query these increases and have been a customer for many years will be paying an astronomical amount. I dread to think what my bill would be if I'd never renegotiated in 20 years. It's a bore bit it's the way VM want play it, for maximum profit on their part. Changing gas/electricity supplier is easy and prices are transparent; with Vm prices are anything but transparent.
