Stuart...Thanks for the reply..Trouble is every time I have phoned their Tech Support line they don't seem to know anything about this problem..and keep me on for ages asking me alsorts etc. I reckon this is a ploy to get money...and according to my phone bill this week it is working too. But not going to phone them again I reckon. And won't give them many days either. I am still on Dial up on my old comp though...but just need to get online with the new set up as soon as.!!!.
