Amanda Staveley is trying to buy Liverpool now apparently. I don't really have a 'solid' source besides Mirror garbage but It's thought the third club is Spurs.

So what we actually know is there's 3 clubs, we know one is Newcastle, it's not impossible for the other two to be Liverpool and Spurs but they seem like really hard deals to pull off.
Newcastle being the cheapest to pull off. Liverpool is plausible but a difficult deal. Spurs is probably the hardest out of the bunch but actually is the most attractive of the three clubs. New stadium coming along. Great talent on the pitch, London location and have been competing for titles recently.
