Could this improve VM customer service in the UK?

Since LG took over VM it's apparent that CS has deteriorated in the UK.

I didn't know that similar problems existed in Ireland, but they must do as they are introducing this initiative:

If successful, I wonder if this will be rolled out to the UK?

I especially like the idea of dumping the foreign call centres.
