Re: 60M, Should I be concerned?
I may be playing devil's advocate here, but in response to the original question - 'should I be worried if I'm paying for a 60 meg connection and a speedtest site tells me I'm getting 45'
I would say - Use it for your normal day to day, if you it works fine and you don't notice anything wrong, like browsing works without issues and you can watch the vids of your choice without having problems - then no you don't need to worry.
Most people will never really see a big difference between say a 20 meg and a 100 meg connection unless they are downloading extremely large files on a daily basis, and even then it'll mean something that would take 10 minutes before will now only take 5...
