This isn't the service I'm paying for. I can however still watch the V+ in the bedroom but that is not the point. Twice I've had this issue now in the past 6 weeks. I'm beginning to lose faith in Virgins ability to deliver a stable television service.
If this keeps on happening, can I cancel my contract with Virgin for the TV part of my package? I'm in contract for about another 7 months. |
Yes you can cancel your contract but there will be a charge to pay, I think its 7 months x your monthly fee (for TV) + a fee for breaking a contract early
