Yes, it's a bit different from the Hollywood style image portrayed of a country which will go to any lengths to protect their own citizens. I find it odd that in some ways they go to extraordinary lengths to do the right thing but in other cases such as the 9/11 aftermath they seem to do the opposite. Go figure that out.
