I'm surprised he didn't just eat his words, cut his losses and return to WWE who'd have still welcomed him despite the lawsuit. At this point his leverage to do such a deal diminishes with his failing MMA career. This guy should be nowhere near an Octagon. Rants about WWE and injuries, works for a company that obviously doesn't require you to be sane apparently.
