iN ABOUT 20 MINUTES: Pork schnitzel coated in ground almonds, garlic, parmesan and Cajun spices pan fried in butter, with cabbage and sprouts baked in a double cream and cheese sauce. Glass of chilled Sauv blanc for the chefette whilst she salivates gently onto her jumper.
