The plan was already in motion before brexit with repeated cuts to corporation tax. The future is hard to predict for sure and these are difficult times to be a ruler of this country.

Japanese companies have asked the EU for temporary passporting rights whilst they relocate (assuming no EEA). considering how much we rely on services for GDP tho that would be a big shock to the UK.
