You must be short of something to do to go back 4 days just for that comment and then provide a useless reply.

This is the link to the post which sets out the problem.

First of all, a firmware download doesn't reset the defaults. I've checked that.

Second, it's the 172.18.200.xx IP address that's perplexing. Any other ideas on that?
